TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AestheticFit ("the App", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

These Terms apply to all users of AestheticFit, including registered users and guests. AestheticFit is operated by the creator of @thequietwarriorr, an individual creator based in India.

2. Description of Service

AestheticFit is a personal fitness tracking web application that provides:

• Workout planning and logging across 5 training routines
• Nutrition tracking with pre-loaded Indian meal plans
• Progress tracking including body composition metrics
• Personal record detection and progressive overload suggestions
• Local data storage with optional cloud sync via Firebase

3. User Accounts

You may use AestheticFit as a guest (data stored locally) or create an account using Google, Apple, or phone number authentication via Firebase Authentication.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information during account creation. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payment Terms

AestheticFit offers a one-time lifetime purchase at ₹599 (or equivalent). This grants permanent access to all Pro features.

• All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not offer refunds unless required by applicable law.
• Prices may change for new purchases, but existing lifetime purchasers are not affected.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay (India) or Stripe (international). We do not store your payment information.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within AestheticFit — including workout programming, training logic, nutrition data, design, and code — is owned by the creator. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Your personal data (workout logs, measurements, progress photos) belongs to you entirely.

6. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions. You assume all risk associated with physical exercise. AestheticFit is not liable for any injury, illness, or health condition that may result from use of this app.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AestheticFit and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or economic loss.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code for commercial use
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
